Additions and changes:
+ Added 3 new Rocket Launcher related perks:
Rocket Launcher Mastery, Weapons of Mass Destruction and World Domination.
+ RPG, AT4, and M202 damage tweaked a bit.
+ flash grenade now have 3 cell radius like all other grenades.
+ imporved flash grenade have proper dispersion now (was lower than it should be)
+ Artifact modified "Deadly" now will not increase minimum damage greater than maximum of basic weapon (it means that deadly sinister weapon won't have fixed damage)
Bugs:
+ fixed: hanged units during battle when chat is working but units wont budge (if you experience it again please post)
+ fixed: sometimes blind/stun/poisone grenade did no effect (if the one who throws it was blinded)
+ fixed: same weapon in both slots
+ fixed: sometimes it was possible to trade between your units when you have no AP left.
+ fixed: ghost mines after you explode mine defused and planted again (if you experience it again please post)
+ fixed: red flashes around unit that were in the red zone (if you experience it again please post)
+ fixed: location hint said that there are -1 player on location
+ lots of minor server tweaks and fixes

NOOOOOOOOO!
Why u do this?
A deadly sinister UZI was 1 of my best arts, a lv 1 could do 54 damage with it and i do 65, now the damage is 33-65 with me...
The other UPDATES are good...
AT4 at lv 27?

+ added new machine gun called "Vulcan" (requires skill 100)
+ now you can abort game if all players agree. condition: all players agree to abort and there is at least 1 player from other team that is not disconnected and agrees too.
+ accuracy of all bayonets now 100% by default
+ fixed: when you shoot stunned unit, his AP is taken (need to check, so post here about your experience with it)
+ AT4 and M202 range now reduced by 1. please note that we are still tweaking rocket launchers, once we will be done with them we will drop them.
+ now unit with full HP unable to use medikit
+ game menu now can be brought by pressing ESC. new menu with checkbox to aborth the game
+ added message when player agrees to abort the game
+ grenades now spin when flying
+ fixed: when game lags you can use medikits that require more AP than you have.
+ added button to resend confirmation e-mail.

How much nina pay u?) at 50 lvl she will use 3 roket snipers(disp 0) with rpg;) and range like awm)

Dont want to harp on you but any thoughts for a reset on blind greande skill? i had one unit with 30 skill just for them but i really dont think its worth it anymore.
And yes ive used them in a few games now to make shure i dont like em ;p

Yeah the blind grenade change is pretty big...
If you could reset blind grenades again.......and try to get the rocket launchers reset I would be grateful....and so would my clan.

Grenades won't be reset, while Rocket launchers will be reset when I feel they require no additional tweaking, hopefully it will be soon enough.

looks like the flash bug is still there man.
i played a mega and when a player passed through the red zone, the flash still appeared.

I can't see the bug. Flash around guys in the red zone is normal. They ARE in the red zone.
The previous bug was flash around guys who WERE (have been) in the red zone.

You're right Tankerboat - there's no flashes on this picture but i experienced them in a game again. Its hard to take a screenshot of those flashes, they appear randomly near units stayed in/close to red zone.

Like chaoz said, its hard to catch the moment when the flash appears, but im sure that in that mega me and puttatos saw these flashs (im not sure the other players saw this too), i just catched the wrong moment.:D
