Perk & Skill resetting

At one of the Last updates our Skills und Perk are resett and everyone can upgrade in new ways. Usefull for unknown Perks at this time. Even perks that only shown in higher level.

I find this upgrade great, but now i'm really unhappy with my new skills and perks so my idea is to integrate the feature to resett the skills/perks everytime if you want.

But this shouldn't be a habit and if you resett your own skills und perks you should losing one Level and your experience set to the start of this last level.

We are still testing and tweaking so maybe there going to be another perk reset in the future. Also in release version there going to be a premium feature to reset perks and skills any time you want without penalties.
