+ now skills won't affect pistols and shotguns range
+ now dispersion is defined by radius(0 - straight to target, 1 - 3õ3, 2 - 5õ5)
+ Doctor perk now heals others same way like himself (100% medikit efficiency)
+ perks now sorted in perk window
+ fixed: when opening list scrollbar was always in the center
+ fixed: wrong calculatios for Turltle/Shelter perks
+ additional admin possibilities

Now that the doctor skill is at 100% effectiveness, the game could now feature "medic" class units!

omg yesterday i have spend 52 skill on pistols (mainly couse of better range) and now it will not work anymore? :confused: all is wasted ?:(

range of 10 for pistol makes no sense. I am sorry to hear that but if you are maxing pistols it's not only about range.

and there will be no another reset points and perks, am i right? :( maybe only for people who invested in pistols? :rolleyes: i was thinking about an hour what to pick, and believe me or not, i have choosen pistols ONLY couse of range, 211 hp and 8 reg is much better than pistol with only +1 range...

yeah that is obvious, 10 range pistol and 9 aks doesnt make any sense...but...
