Level 7 in Beginners' Quarter?!

My friend was on Gunrox and I noticed there was a level 7 in Beginners' Quarter! On map it says for players level: 1-3! Glitch or hacker?

you a newbie here so ill explain...
when gunrox was beta there werent any maps with lvl...
so now that he got online he probhably was from beta or sooner yet...
it is normal and it happent go chek the forums...

Actually, that map was the third or fourth map we released. The reason that he's still there is that once he hit level 4, he hasn't left beginner's quarter. Once you leave that map, you can't go back.
