Changing what your characters Look Like?

Hi, Can anyone tell me how you change what your characters look like? What hair style they have? the colour? There Clothes? etc..

:confused: you can do it in the cash shop.

Go to Cash Shop, and take a look at Appearence.
There you will find some really cool things to put in your caracter. (if you have cash, of course:p)

I think cash shop is there to change your char:p
