My english is not very good, i expect all understand my idea.
"Coins" that could be found in the trunks, and a vendor (seller) selling and buying items. At least the basic thing, ak-47, simple armor, life (medkits) etc...
I think that it would be interesting...

Let me explain why we are against currency in this game.
Google about Diablo 2 and Stone of Jordan economy. This phenomenon inspired me to make barter exchange system in the game like it is now. Players will determine most precious items themselves and will use it as currency. For example in Beginners' Quarter Grenade Launcher attachment kinda acts like currency - very liquid item and even me despite not using AK still hold few grenade attachments just to trade with beginners for some useful item like Artifact :)
Being said that another very important point in favor of barter was game social aspect. I want people to communicate and interact with each other more. It is way more interesting to play not with faceless enemy but with a guy who just bought your AK :) This is also could be a starting point for conversation, etc. Therefore main obective of this game is more like to build virtual community using current tactical gameplay as community-building factor.
On the other hand if we will implement currency and other features that will simplify actions not related to combat in the first place players will focus on fighting and leveling up, game will be more hardcore and this is what we are trying to avoid. We are trying to appeal to a broader audience.
I hope now you understand why we will never implement currency to trade for items in this game. ;)
