Still no help..

For the past few days I have not been able to enter Gunrox. I don't know why but when I started using a different computer (Windows Vista) it doesn't work.
I think I downloaded everything right... but when I open up Gunrox, and enter my information it just goes back to my desktop, and it deletes the Gunrox task I opened.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong.. all berserker tells me is.. "make sure you have DirectX and the latest video card files installed" (no offense berserker, not making fun of you) but I already do.
So if you could please help me I would appreciate it 100% :D

also, when I run it as administrator a notice pops up and it says "an un-identified program wants to run as administrator!"

is this suppose to happen? and please help me i would surely appreciate it

Please send us your log files from C:\ProgramData\Enkord\GUNROX at the address support@enkord.com so we will take a look in it.

ok this may be a stupid question but how do i find my file logs?

I told you tright there. They are in C:\ProgramData\Enkord\GUNROX folder.
