update stuck each time

i'm trying to update gunrox(there's a new update) and it gets stuck every time at some point of the download. then the whole program stucks and i need to shut it down using task manager. i tried to uninstall and download the latest copy but it won't seem to work.
what can i do?

If you run under Vista try to delete folder:
C:\ProgramData\Enkord\GUNROX\

windows xp user, don't have this folder

For XP delete:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Enkord\GUNROX

tried to delete it... doesn't work. every time i try to update, the window stucks at between 80k-500k into the download.
