Heya, I got a question.

If I will gain any advanced perk, and then remove basic perks (that were required for gaining this advanced perk), will the advanced perk remain?

At example: I am putting 5 points in assault rifle mastery, and another point into dieter. Then I am removing those 5 points from assault rifle mastery to use it for other purposes. Will I still have dieter perk active?

Well put... like going back in time... you have to reverse the events IN ORDER in which they happened chronologically. You can't have Disarm without having Brawler x5, so the brawler perks are "frozen" until Disarm is removed first. Note that some advanced perks also get "frozen" too!
